Now this is how to kick off the new year! Core Album: Tom the Lion - Sleep + Bonus cd - 9/10 - A couple of years ago the club featured TTL's ep collection and now they've featured his debut. It's much better and sounds great. The other two East India Youth - Total Strife Forever + Bonus Cd - 9/10 - Another winner, an intelligent album from beginning to end. Doug Paisley - Strong Feelings - 8/10. Canadian country - what's not to like! February - Temples?? March - Metronomy??

Core album: Toy - Join the Dots + Bonus Disc - 8/10. Toy's debut was Album of the month in 2012. This is possibly the first time in the club's history that the same artist manged this. Whether an album is repeated or not doesn't bother me - as long as it's a good one and Join the Dots is a worthy follow up! 8/10 bEEdEEgEE - Sum One - pretty good kooky electro pop 8/10 Samantha Crain - Kid Face + Bonus Disc - pretty good folk. 8/10 Jan - Tom the Lion Feb - Temples March - Metronomy I hope I'm proved wrong

Rough Trade Album of the Month Club -November 2013 Pack

No complaints Core Album: Connan Mockasin - Caramel * Bonus Disc - 7.5/10 I received Mockasin's debut through the club. Polica - Shulamith - 8/10. I also received the debut via the club. Lily & Madeleine- 9/10. Excellent. One of the best debuts I've heard this year. December - not a clue. It would be weird if Toy are featured as the core album a second time round though.
